Stay the course, one day at a time.
A kind, 100% anonymous companion to help you reduce or quit a behavior that weighs on you.
We ask for no email, no name, no phone number, no date of birth — and we store none of them. Access relies solely on a secret code generated at sign-up, of which only an encrypted fingerprint is kept: it is impossible to recover it or identify anyone. Tracking, journal entries and goals are linked to an anonymous technical id, never sold or shared.
No email, no name, no phone number. A secret code is all it takes to find your progress.
Even if the data were stolen, no one could link an account to a real identity.
Erasing everything — profile, journal, history — is immediate, permanent, and needs no explanation.
Tobacco, alcohol, screens, gambling, social media, or anything else that weighs on you. One or several behaviors at once, at your own pace — you can always add another one later.

Time held on, money saved, a thought for the day. If a craving feels too strong, a guided breathing exercise is one tap away. And a relapse erases nothing: the counter restarts, not you.
A mood, a craving intensity, a few words if you feel like it. Nothing mandatory — just a place to take the pulse of your day, two minutes at a time.
How your counter evolved, cravings overcome, money saved — plus anonymous numbers from the Cap community, a reminder that you're never really alone on this path.
A badge for every step reached, mini-goals sized to fit. Something to remind you, on the hard days, just how far you've already come.

Cap is a tracking and motivation tool. It provides no diagnosis, no treatment, and is in no way a substitute for the advice of a health professional. If you feel distressed, experience withdrawal symptoms, or have any doubt about your health, talk to a doctor or a specialised service. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
